Brief Introduction: in 2004, a completely new spiral pipe-reeling machine was developed by designers in Kanglong, and it also got national patent right. low and wide flat is adopted in designing the body of this machine with attractive appearance .so it ‘s easy to be operated by workers. China transmission is applied inside the machine, chains are treated with bath oil, and its life span is greatly lengthened, and chain wheels and etc are made of quality steels with heat treatment. Our technique is neck in neck with West Germany, its performance is reliable and trans mission speed is high. On the basis of negative cutting with double cutting discoriginally-developed by Kanglong, equal range tracker (chose and equipped) is added to the cutting part, which controls errors of cutting length efficiently . Host machine is equipped with pulley hard wearing protector, so that the life span of pulley can be improved more than 10%, big bore roll improve torque efficiently when reeling paper pipe, electric direction regulator should be equipped so that it’s convenient for operators to adjust , Glue shelf adopts popular double-side gum-dipping technique ,and advanced tension controller is also added ,so that the intensity of paper tube can be improved greatly , advanced sky crane systems is equipped on paper-loading shelf which can lower worker’s labor intensity much.
